Regenerative Tissue Supplementation
"The Holy Trinity"

In the medical world, change happens quickly. New technologies and therapies emerge every year. As a medical provider, if we want to keep offering the best possible care for our patients, we need to work hard to stay at the cutting edge!

That’s what we’ve done with a new form of treatment for damaged soft tissues (muscles, tendons, fascia). We call it our "Holy Trinity".  At Pensacola Podiatry, PA, we take a comprehensive, science-driven approach to healing chronic foot and ankle pain using what we call the “Holy Trinity” Regenerative Protocol—a three-part strategy designed to reduce inflammation, stimulate tissue repair, and restore proper biomechanics. This advanced treatment model is used for common tendon, ligament, and bony conditions including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, arthritis of the foot and ankle, peroneal tendon issues, chronic ankle sprains, and stress-reaction injuries.

Our regenerative “Holy Trinity” protocol includes:

1. Targeted Biologic Injection Therapy

We utilize bioactive growth-factor-based injectables to support natural tissue repair at the cellular level. This option is ideal for chronic tendon degeneration, ligament injuries, and joint inflammation that have failed conservative care. These injections are designed to enhance healing rather than temporarily mask symptoms.

2. MLS Laser Therapy

Our multiwave locked system laser delivers synchronized dual-wavelength light to decrease inflammation, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery. This treatment is non-invasive, painless, and often used in a series of sessions for optimal results following biologic therapy or injury.

3. Custom Orthotic Biomechanical Control

Since many chronic foot and ankle problems originate from abnormal biomechanics, we pair regenerative treatment with custom functional orthotics to improve alignment, offload damaged tissues, and prevent recurrence. This ensures the structural foundation supports long-term recovery.

Conditions treated by Holy Trinity Regenerative Tissue Supplementation Include:
  • Heel pain: plantar fasciitis, heel spurs syndrome
  • Neuroma: pinched, swollen nerve in the ball of the foot
  • Capsulitis: pain beneath the metatarsal bones in the ball of the foot
  • Pain and arthritis of the great toe joint
  • Sesamoiditis: pain associated with the small bones beneath the ball of the foot near the base of the great toe
  • Tendonitis of the foot or ankle
  • Shin Splints
  • Runner's knee
  • Some gait-related hip and low back pains
